Test Anxiety Top 10
1. Prepare in advance for the test/have a study plan.
2. Exercise 2-3 times a week.
3. Get at least 6-7 yours of sleep
4. Ask teachers questions
5. Don’t talk about the test with others right before the test…it will make you more anxious.
6. Look over the test before you begin writing answers down.
7. Take 3 deep breaths before you take the test or when you feel anxious.
8. Eat well before the test.
9. Say only positive statements about yourself like, “I don’t have to be perfect.”
10. Treat yourself with a post-exam reward.
